• Establishes a statewide coordinator position within the Department of Human Services to oversee prevention and treatment programs for sexually exploited children.

• Requires steering committee to submit a preliminary report by July 1, 2021, and final report by July 1, 2022, with recommendations on identification protocols, training programs, criminal statute review, and data-sharing procedures.

• Establishes multidisciplinary teams in each county to immediately respond to child sex trafficking cases using victim-centered case management and restricted information-sharing protocols.
