Requires the Department of Land and Natural Resources to institute condemnation proceedings to acquire the Pali Lanes bowling alley property located at 120 Hekili Street, Kailua, Oahu (TMK 420380200000, 72,653 square feet) pursuant to chapter 101, Hawaii Revised Statutes.

Mandates that the acquired Pali Lanes property be preserved as a bowling venue and operated by the Division of State Parks.

Appropriates funds from general revenues for fiscal years 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 to cover property appraisal, condemnation proceeding preparations, and fair market value acquisition costs (specific amount left blank in bill).

Cites community support including over 2,600 petition signatures and backing from national professional bowlers to preserve the approximately 60-year-old facility as a treasured local recreation venue and gathering place.

Takes effect on July 1, 2019.
