Establishes a glyphosate task force within the Department of Agriculture to assess the impact of glyphosate on Hawaii's natural environment, human health, and agriculture.

Task force shall determine: proper application of glyphosate products, number of users applying 50+ gallons annually, number of test sites, accessibility of online education, current levels used against invasive species, costs and benefits of alternatives, and potential state liability from glyphosate use.

Task force membership includes representatives from the Department of Agriculture (co-chair), Department of Health (co-chair), Department of Education, Board of Land and Natural Resources, and University of Hawaii College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources, plus invited representatives from the National Park Service, each county, House of Representatives, and Senate.

Task force must hold initial meeting by July 31, 2021, convene at least four times, and submit findings and recommendations to the legislature no later than twenty days before the 2022 regular legislative session.

Task force ceases to exist on June 30, 2022; act takes effect on July 1, 2150.
