Appropriates funds from general revenues for fiscal year 2020-2021 to repair, restore, and maintain Iolani Palace, including repairs to pergolas, HVAC system, door locks, windows, sconces, Keliiponi Hale (Coronation Pavilion), bee removal, and reroofing (specific dollar amounts not filled in).

Requires the Department of Land and Natural Resources to conduct a structural and electrical survey of Iolani Palace detailing the property's condition, identifying problems, and providing repair and restoration cost estimates.

Mandates submission of a five- to ten-year working plan for Iolani Palace repair, restoration, and maintenance to the legislature no later than twenty days prior to the 2021 regular session convening.

Designates the Department of Land and Natural Resources to expend all appropriated funds for these purposes.

Takes effect on July 1, 2050.
