• Requires the Department of Land and Natural Resources to establish and maintain fish propagating facilities in addition to existing wildlife propagating facilities.

• Mandates that all state departments, offices, and agencies update their rules and policies by July 1, 2021 to integrate local hunting and fishing industries into food security and sustainability strategies.

• Requires each principal state department to submit reports to the legislature by twenty days prior to the 2021 and 2022 regular sessions detailing implementation progress and any proposed legislation.

• Takes effect upon approval.
