Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 441-22.1 to clarify that cemetery authorities not operating for financial profit are exempt from provisions of Chapter 441 (cemetery regulations).

Expands the scope of exemptions from just bonding and licensing fees to all provisions of Chapter 441, with the condition that exempted entities must comply with any provision upon order by the Director of Commerce and Consumer Affairs.

Establishes that churches granted an exemption under this section are completely exempt from all requirements of Chapter 441, and that entities exempt as churches under federal tax law are automatically considered churches for purposes of this exemption.

Takes effect July 1, 2050.
