Requires the Department of Education and athletic leagues/associations to allow charter school students to participate in comparable Department of Education school sports programs if their charter school lacks a program in their service area

Charter school students may participate in Department of Education programs in their home service area or in an adjacent service area at no additional cost

Charter school students participating in athletics must be represented by the Department of Education school for athletic league or association business purposes

Charter school student athletes must abide by all rules, regulations, and policies of the athletic league, association, and program applicable to the Department of Education school in which they are participating
