Routes appeals of family court orders directly to the Hawaii Supreme Court instead of the intermediate court of appeals.

Requires the Supreme Court to render final decisions on family court appeals within 180 days of receipt.

Encourages the Supreme Court to minimize remands to the family court and resolve cases finally on appeal.

Applies to appeals filed on or after July 1, 2050.
