Establishes a Hawaiian home lands outstanding claims task force within the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands for administrative purposes only.

Task force membership includes the Hawaiian Homes Commission chairperson (as chair), the comptroller, attorney general, director of finance, and chairperson of the Office of Hawaiian Affairs board of trustees, plus up to three additional stakeholder representatives.

Task force shall review outstanding issues related to Act 14 (Special Session Laws of Hawaii 1995), investigate claims made under chapter 673 of Hawaii Revised Statutes that arose after July 1, 1988, and review the status of certain elements such as the Mauna Kea Access Road.

Task force must submit a report to the legislature no later than twenty days prior to the 2021 regular session with findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation.

Task force is dissolved on June 30, 2021.
