Appropriates $14,135,592 to the Hawaii House of Representatives for fiscal year 2020-2021, including $13,084,668 for session and non-session expenses, $938,424 for the legislative information system, and $112,500 for legislative broadcasting.

Appropriates $3,359,915 to the Office of the Auditor, $2,800,000 to the audit revolving fund, and $6,300,000 from the audit revolving fund for audit functions during fiscal year 2020-2021.

Appropriates $4,003,999 to the Legislative Reference Bureau, $1,443,007 to the Office of the Ombudsman, and $1,252,667 to the State Ethics Commission for fiscal year 2020-2021.

Appropriates $665,028 total for accrued vacation and vacation transfer payments across all agencies, with unexpended funds lapsing to the general fund on June 30, 2021.
