• Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 657-5.5 to change child support judgment enforcement rules
• Removes the automatic termination of child support judgments on the child's thirty-third birthday or expiration of the support period under Section 657-5, whichever is later
• Makes all judgments for child support, including reimbursement and arrears, enforceable until paid in full
• Takes effect upon approval
