Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 302D-32 to modify the auditor selection process for charter schools' annual financial audits.

Changes the authorizer's requirement from selecting three independent auditors to providing charter schools with a list of approved independent auditors, from which the school selects one.

Removes the fixed number requirement for approved auditors, allowing authorizers flexibility in the number of auditors listed.

Takes effect on July 1, 2050.
