• Changes department authority from "may" to "shall" use wildlife revolving fund moneys for importation, management, preservation, propagation, and protection of game and wildlife in the state.

• Adds "introduced game species" as eligible recipients of wildlife revolving fund expenditures and specifies funds must benefit the department's mission to preserve, protect, and promote public hunting.

• Requires the Department of Land and Natural Resources to consult with the Game Management Advisory Commission prior to authorizing or expending funds from the wildlife revolving fund, and to provide notice after consulting.

• Defines "consulting with the game management advisory commission" as presenting information to the commission.

• Establishes that the department must still maximize participation in federal Pittman-Robertson Federal Aid in Wildlife Restoration Act funds with moneys from the revolving fund.
