Requires the Department of Land and Natural Resources to provide prior notice to the Game Management Advisory Commission before designating any area as a watershed on land that is currently a game management area or public hunting area.

Mandates prior notice to the Game Management Advisory Commission before implementing any new watershed project or amending an existing watershed management plan on game management areas or public hunting areas.

Adds definitions of "game management area" and "public hunting area" to Chapter 183, Hawaii Revised Statutes, with meanings referenced from section 183D-4.

Creates a new section 183 requiring prior commission notice for watershed determinations on game management or public hunting lands following public hearings.

Becomes effective July 1, 2050.
