Establishes the Uniform Employee and Student Online Privacy Protection Act creating protections for online accounts of employees, prospective employees, unpaid interns, students, and prospective students.

Prohibits employers from requiring or coercing employees to disclose login information, account content, or alter account settings for protected personal online accounts (social media, email, etc.), with limited exceptions for legal compliance, network security, and investigations of work misconduct.

Prohibits educational institutions from requiring or coercing students to disclose login information or account content for protected personal online accounts, with exceptions for legal compliance, network security, and investigations of education-related misconduct.

Allows the attorney general to bring civil actions for violations with penalties up to $1,000 per violation (capped at $100,000 per event), and allows employees or students to bring civil actions seeking injunctive relief, actual damages, and attorney's fees.

Takes effect January 1, 2050.
