Requires individuals applying for a real estate broker or salesperson license to have earned a high school diploma or its equivalent as a condition of licensure.

Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 467-9.5(a) to add high school education requirement alongside existing requirements for U.S. citizenship/work authorization and age of majority.

Exempts currently licensed real estate brokers and salespersons from the new requirement; applies only to new applicants seeking licensure for the first time.

Takes effect on July 1, 3000.
