Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes section 657-5.5 to make child support judgments enforceable until paid in full, removing previous time limits on enforcement.

Eliminates the previous provision that presumed judgments for child support were paid and discharged by the child's thirty-third birthday or the expiration of the latest period provided in section 657-5, whichever date is later.

Applies to all child support judgments including reimbursement and other arrears.

Takes effect upon approval.
