Establishes the Hawaii Sports Task Force within the Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism to plan and coordinate efforts to attract major sporting events to Hawaii.

Task force shall work to reestablish Hawaii as the host site for the National Football League's annual Pro Bowl, which was last held in Hawaii in 2015 before moving to Phoenix and then Orlando.

Task force shall seek to establish Hawaii as a host site for NFL preseason games, world-title soccer tournaments, mixed martial arts Ultimate Fighting Championship tournaments, and other international sporting events at Aloha Stadium.

Task force membership includes the governor, four county mayors, stadium authority chair, comptroller, Hawaii tourism authority president/CEO, legislators, and county economic development representatives, with invitations extended to Hawaii Lodging and Tourism Association and Chamber of Commerce Hawaii.

Task force shall submit a report to the legislature with findings and recommendations no later than twenty days before the 2020 regular legislative session; the task force is dissolved on January 5, 2020.
