Requires franchisees to post signage at their entrance or storefront clearly visible to the public when they do not participate in specific advertising campaigns offering discounts or promotions.

Prohibits franchisors from imposing restrictions or conditions on franchisees regarding their required non-participation disclosure, whether through franchise agreements or other means.

Does not affect rights, duties, or penalties that arose before the effective date.

Takes effect on July 1, 2019.
