• Appropriates funds for operating expenses of the Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR) for the fiscal biennium beginning July 1, 2019 and ending June 30, 2021.

• Establishes definitions for expending agencies, means of financing (funding sources including general funds, special funds, bonds, federal aid, and other sources), and program IDs for budget allocation purposes.

• Authorizes expenditures for 16 DLNR programs including public lands management, fisheries management, forestry, ecosystem protection, water resources, historic preservation, and parks administration.

• Allows the governor to correct manifest clerical, typographical, or mechanical errors found in the Act.

• Takes effect on July 1, 2030.
