Requires employers to pay all medical services and rehabilitation costs related to compensable injuries, excluding services unrelated to the injury.

Employers must provide written notice of disputed medical bills to the health care provider within 60 calendar days of receiving the bill; failure to dispute within this period makes the employer liable for the services.

Employers must pay undisputed medical bills within 60 calendar days of receipt, unless there is reasonable disagreement and timely notice of dispute has been submitted.

Charges unpaid more than 60 calendar days after receipt will accrue interest at 1 percent per month on the outstanding balance.

Takes effect January 1, 2050.
