Attorney General of Hawaii shall acquire land owned by Mililani Town Association on behalf of the Department of Education through voluntary action or condemnation proceedings under Chapter 101, Hawaii Revised Statutes

First parcel identified as lot 2755-C on land court map 325, constituting a portion of tax map key 9-5-001:83

Second parcel fronts Mililani High School and is identified as lot 5392-B on the City and County of Honolulu Department of Planning and Permitting subdivision approval dated November 22, 2019, constituting a portion of tax map key 9-5-001:017

Attorney General shall acquire the property in its existing condition and provide indemnification to Mililani Town Association for all claims and liabilities arising from physical, environmental, soil, economic, and legal conditions from the Act's effective date until the acquisition process is complete

Act takes effect upon approval
