Requires the Attorney General to condemn eight privately-owned roads on the island of Oahu that are used by the public but lack necessary maintenance and repair.

Roads subject to condemnation include Auld Lane, Iao Lane, Rawlins Lane, Akau Lane, Colburn Street, Kalani Street, Hau Street, and Hart Street, with specific termination points identified for each.

Condemnation proceedings must be initiated no later than January 1, 2020.

Attorney General must submit status reports to the legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of regular sessions in 2020, 2021, and 2022.

Authorizes the State to take advantage of a three-year exemption from maintenance and improvement requirements for condemned roads, as provided under Act 194, Session Laws of Hawaii 2016.
