Establishes a non-refundable filing fee for parties initiating bid challenges on procurement contracts valued at $500,000 or more.

Filing fee amounts: $200 for contracts valued $500,000 to $999,999, and $1,000 for contracts valued $1,000,000 or more.

Filing fees must be paid in addition to existing cash or protest bond requirements and failure to pay results in rejection or dismissal of the bid challenge request.

Deposited fees go into the compliance resolution fund to help defray costs of conducting administrative proceedings for bid challenge reviews.

Effective date: January 1, 2050.
