Department of the Attorney General requested to collect and publish criminal case data from all county prosecuting attorney agencies receiving state funds for cases where prosecution commenced after December 31, 2020.

Required data to include defendant's race, gender, disabilities, arrest location, charges, bail recommendations, pretrial detention dates, plea deal offers and terms, and penalties imposed.

Department of the Attorney General to compile and publish data annually on its website in January, with case numbers and personal identifying information removed and replaced with unique identifiers.

Department of the Attorney General must disclose on its website and notify the Legislature if any county prosecuting attorney agency fails to provide requested data.

Certified copies to be transmitted to the Attorney General and prosecuting attorneys of all counties.
