Supports sustainable business corporations authorized under chapter 420D, Hawaii Revised Statutes, which operate with social and environmental sustainability as core purposes alongside profit generation.

Encourages the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs to waive or significantly reduce registration fees for new sustainable business corporations and for converting traditional for-profit entities to sustainable business corporations.

Requests the State provide business grants to sustainable business corporations with high potential for public good.

Directs the Department of Taxation to study tax incentives for sustainable business corporations and submit findings and recommendations to the legislature by 20 days before the 2021 Regular Session.

Directs the Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism, in collaboration with the University of Hawaii, to study the social and environmental impact of current sustainable business corporations and submit findings and recommendations to the legislature by 20 days before the 2021 Regular Session.
