Request Department of Labor and Industrial Relations and Department of Transportation to report on wages, benefits, and working conditions of concessionaires at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport.

Report must include annual revenue generated by each concessionaire since 2014, annual median wages from 2014-2019, outline of all employee benefits provided, and analysis of compliance with state agreements.

Background notes that concession fees generated $161,000,000 in 2016 (30% of total airport division revenue) and the current concessionaire contract has not been rebid since 1992.
