Urges the Department of Land and Natural Resources to submit a report to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2021 Regular Session convening.

Report must include current fees charged for access to state parks, beaches, trails, and other state facilities, including parking and entrance fees.

Report must detail total revenues collected from current fees for each state park, beach, trail, or facility under the Department's jurisdiction.

Report must propose a new fee structure based on standard market procedures, modern methods, or fee structures used by private or governmental entities nationwide for similar facilities.

Directs transmission of the concurrent resolution to the Chairperson of the Board of Land and Natural Resources.
