Requests the Department of Transportation establish a dedicated 24-hour hotline for reporting hazardous or potentially hazardous road conditions, including potholes.

Hotline must function as a clearinghouse for all road hazard reports regardless of whether roads are owned by the State, counties, or private entities.

Requires the hotline number be easy to locate on the DOT website and remember, and that all reported conditions be promptly forwarded to the appropriate entity for processing.

Directs the DOT to submit annual reports to the Legislature beginning with the 2021 Regular Session detailing the number of calls received and the disposition of each reported issue, with reports posted on the DOT website.

Transmits certified copies to the Director of Transportation and transportation officials from all four counties.
