Commends the Governor Ariyoshi Foundation for launching the Hawaii Space Industry Innovation Program to advance space education and research initiatives leveraging Hawaii's strategic mid-Pacific location and scientific expertise.

Directs Hawaii's Administrative and Legislative branches to explore strategies collaborating with the Hawaii Space Industry Innovation Program to launch and sustain educational and research opportunities in space exploration and development.

Prioritizes leveraging Hawaii's lunar-like terrain and existing space programs to advance lunar exploration and development, including research on tele-robotic systems, cis-lunar positioning, and prototype lunar habitats aligned with NASA's Artemis Program.

Instructs state government to explore ways to provide state funding for Hawaii Space Industry Innovation Program initiatives in consultation with the Program's Advisory Team.

Requires copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, federal military commanders, FAA Administrator, and NASA Administrator.
