Encourages the City and County of Honolulu to plan for the revitalization and remodeling of Hans L'Orange Park, a recreational area established in 1924 that has hosted baseball teams and leagues including Waipahu High School, Hawaii Pacific University, and the Hawaii Winter Baseball League.

Directs city officials to seek input from local residents regarding specific improvements to the park, which currently has concerns including poor restroom facilities, dirty and uncomfortable bleachers, lack of netting to prevent baseballs from hitting vehicles, and overall poor condition.

Requires certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Honolulu Mayor, City Council Chair, Director of Parks and Recreation, Director of Design and Construction, and Director of Facility Maintenance.
