Requests FAA to communicate with Hawaii's congressional delegation about H.R. 4547 and address issues raised by National Transportation Safety Board roundtable discussions on air tour safety

H.R. 4547 would establish minimum 1,500-foot flight altitudes for commercial tour aircraft, require sterile cockpit rules prohibiting pilot narration during flight, prohibit operations within half-mile of occupied areas, and authorize state/local governments to impose additional restrictions
