Establishes a task force chaired by the Chairperson of the Hawaiian Homes Commission to assess all outstanding claims related to the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act of 1920.

Task force membership includes the Comptroller, Hawaiian Homes Commission Chairperson, Director of Department of Hawaiian Home Lands, Attorney General, Director of Finance, a representative from the Office of Hawaiian Affairs, and up to three stakeholder representatives.

Task force directed to review outstanding issues from Act 14 (Special Session 1995), investigate claims under chapter 673 Hawaii Revised Statutes arising after July 1, 1988, and review the status of elements such as the Mauna Kea Access Road.

Task force must submit a report to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2021 Regular Session with findings, recommendations, and proposed legislation.

Task force dissolves on June 30, 2021; members are exempted from Hawaii's conflict of interest law (chapter 84) for their participation.
