Requests the Department of Education (DOE) to submit a report to the Legislature on the status of meeting Act 51's mandates for computer science education, including recommendations and proposed legislation.

Requires the DOE report to include information on implementation plans for Act 51 mandates: a statewide computer science curricula plan (K-12), list of 2021-2022 computer science courses offered at each public high school with syllabi, names of teachers teaching these courses, and details on contracted teacher development programs.

Mandates the DOE to identify barriers preventing compliance with Act 51 and provide recommendations to overcome them, as well as account for the $500,000 appropriation provided under Act 51.

Directs the DOE to submit the report no later than 20 days before the Regular Session of 2021 convenes.

Act 51 (signed June 21, 2018) required the DOE to ensure each public high school offers at least one computer science course annually beginning in the 2021-2022 school year.
