Request the Department of the Attorney General to collect and publish criminal case data from all county prosecuting attorney agencies receiving state funds for cases commenced after December 31, 2020.

Require published data to include defendant demographics (race, gender, disabilities), charges, arrest location, bail recommendations, pretrial detention dates, plea deal information, and penalties imposed.

Mandate annual compilation and publication of data on the Attorney General's website each January, with case numbers and personal identifying information removed and replaced with unique identifiers.

Require the Attorney General to disclose on its website and notify the Legislature if any county prosecuting attorney agency fails to provide requested data.

Transmit certified copies of the resolution to the Attorney General and all county prosecuting attorneys.
