Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs shall conduct a study on alternative pathways to licensure for foreign-trained dentists and physicians, including options used by other states.

Study shall include recommended changes to the licensing process that could be implemented by DCCA or respective licensing boards without requiring legislative action.

DCCA shall submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than 40 days before the Regular Session of 2021 convenes.
