Honors the Kalihi Palama Culture and Arts Society (KPC&A), incorporated in 1972 to provide education, training, and services in culture and the arts.

Recognizes KPC&A's sponsorship of two annual cultural events: the Queen Lili'uokalani Keiki Hula Competition and the Malia Craver Hula Kahiko Competition.

Notes that the Queen Lili'uokalani Keiki Hula Competition, now in its 45th year, has engaged over 20,000 children in cultural events and programs since its establishment on September 11, 1976.

Acknowledges the Malia Craver Hula Kahiko Competition, introduced in 1986 to provide a venue for middle and high school students to learn Hawaiian culture and compete in ancient Hawaiian hula.

Extends congratulations and aloha from the Hawaii State Legislature Native Hawaiian Caucus to the organization for perpetuating Hawaiian cultural traditions through dance.
