Urges the Department of Transportation to work with the federal government and United States Army to continue Hawaii's lease of Dillingham Airfield beyond the scheduled June 30, 2020 termination date.

Dillingham Airfield generates over $12,000,000 in annual revenue and employs hundreds of local residents through gliding, skydiving, and Civil Air Patrol operations.

The airfield accommodates approximately 36,000 civilian aircraft operations annually according to the Federal Aviation Administration.

The State's lease was extended in 2019 to run through 2024, but the Department of Transportation announced in January 2020 its intent to terminate the lease early and vacate by June 30, 2020.

Directs that certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Commanding General of the United States Army Pacific Command and the Director of Transportation.
