Supports sustainable business corporations authorized under Hawaii Revised Statutes chapter 420D, which operate with social and environmental responsibility alongside profit generation and publish annual public assessments of their performance.

Encourages the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs to waive or significantly reduce registration fees for new sustainable business corporations and fees for converting traditional for-profit entities to sustainable business status.

Requests the State provide business grants to sustainable business corporations with significant potential for public good.

Directs the Department of Taxation to study potential tax breaks for sustainable business corporations and submit findings and recommendations by twenty days before the 2021 Regular Session.

Directs the Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism, in collaboration with the University of Hawaii, to study the social and environmental impact of current sustainable business corporations and submit a report by twenty days before the 2021 Regular Session.
