Urges the Department of Education to increase access to trauma-informed care for public school students who experience sexual violence.

Requests the Department of Education provide training in trauma-informed care to teachers, administrators, and school staff to improve reporting, prevention, and intervention in cases of sexual violence.

Urges the Department of Education to collaborate with victim service providers to develop school-based programs and protocols for identifying and supporting students who are victims of sexual violence.

Requires the Department of Education to submit a report to the Legislature at least 20 days before the start of the 2021 Regular Session detailing progress in implementing trauma-informed care practices and any proposed legislation.
