Establishes a Select House Committee on COVID-19 Economic and Financial Preparedness to assess the State's readiness for potential economic and financial impacts from a COVID-19 outbreak.

Committee shall examine potential economic and financial impacts to Hawaii, develop short-term and long-term mitigation plans, and monitor COVID-19 conditions and outcomes.

Committee will work with representatives from local and state government, private industry, and nonprofit agencies to inform the House on economic and financial preparedness.

Speaker of the House appoints the committee chair and members.

Committee shall meet and report regularly to the House of Representatives.
