Encourages the City and County of Honolulu to plan for the revitalization and remodeling of Hans L'Orange Park, a recreational facility originally established in 1924 for sugar workers.

Identifies community concerns about the park including poor restroom facilities, dirty and uncomfortable bleachers, lack of netting to prevent baseballs from hitting vehicles, and overall deteriorated conditions.

Directs city officials to seek input from local residents regarding specific appropriate improvements to the park.

Requires certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Mayor, Chair of the City Council, Director of Parks and Recreation, Director of Design and Construction, and Director of Facility Maintenance of the City and County of Honolulu.
