Require immediate implementation of traffic calming systems on Kahuanui Street and the section of Hiapo Street between Mahoe Street and Waipahu Street in Waipahu

Transmit a certified copy of the resolution to the Director of the Department of Transportation Services of the City and County of Honolulu
