Clarifies that existing health insurance mandate for low-dose mammography coverage includes digital mammography and breast tomosynthesis (3D mammography).

Amends HRS §431:10A-116 to define "breast tomosynthesis" as a radiologic procedure producing cross-sectional digital three-dimensional images of the breast.

Amends HRS §432:1-605(c) with the same definition and clarification that low-dose mammography includes digital mammography and breast tomosynthesis.

Applies to all accident and health insurance policies, contracts, plans, and agreements issued or renewed in Hawaii, subject to existing coinsurance provisions.

Effective July 1, 2050 and sunsets June 30, 2024, with original statutes reenacted upon repeal.
