Amends Section 155-4, Hawaii Revised Statutes, to increase the loan approval authority delegated to the Board of Agriculture Chairperson, replacing the current $25,000 limit with a blank amount to be filled in

Amends Section 219-5, Hawaii Revised Statutes, to increase the Chairperson's individual loan approval authority for aquaculture loans, also replacing the $25,000 limit with a blank amount

Both amendments apply the increased limits to loans where the requested amount plus any existing principal balance on loans to the applicant does not exceed the new threshold of state funds

Effective date is set for July 1, 2150
