Amends Section 846-10.5 of Hawaii Revised Statutes to authorize the Hawaii Criminal Justice Data Center to assess and collect reasonable and necessary fees for services provided, with exceptions for criminal justice agencies and state or county agencies for employment purposes.

Repeals six previously specified fee amounts: $20 for criminal history record checks, $10 for certified printouts, $25 for expungement applications, $10 per document certification, $15 for duplicate expungement certificates, and $15 for fingerprint sets.

Directs fees to be deposited into the criminal history record improvement revolving fund and establishes that future fees shall be set under Section 846-10.6.

Effective date of July 1, 2050.
