Adds sea level rise exposure area to mandatory seller disclosures required under Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 508D for residential real property transactions.

Requires sellers to disclose if property is located within the sea level rise exposure area as officially designated by the Hawaii Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation Commission, subject to availability of county maps identified by tax map key.

Directs each county to provide maps of jurisdictions detailing the five designated hazard areas (flood, noise, military, tsunami, and sea level rise) by tax map key number and allows counties to charge reasonable copying fees.

Treat sea level rise exposure area as a material fact affecting property value that must be included in seller disclosure statements alongside existing required disclosures for flood hazards, airport noise, military installations, and tsunami inundation areas.

Effective date: December 31, 2050.
