Appropriates $147,500 for fiscal year 2019-2020 and $153,000 for fiscal year 2020-2021 to the Department of the Attorney General's Hawaii Criminal Justice Data Center

Funds support two full-time equivalent (2.0 FTE) positions, operating costs, and equipment for administering the Address Confidentiality Program under Hawaii Revised Statutes chapter 801G

Address Confidentiality Program, enacted through Act 115 (2018), provides survivors of domestic abuse, sexual offenses, or stalking with substitute addresses for use in public records instead of their physical addresses

Substitute address system receives mail and forwards it to survivors' actual addresses, protecting their location from public records disclosure

Effective date set for July 1, 2050
