Requires time share plan managers or boards of directors to maintain an accurate and current list of names, mailing addresses, and email addresses for all board members and association members, including vendors under agreement of sale.

Makes the membership list available to association members at a reasonable cost upon submission of a notarized affidavit stating the list will be used only for providing information to other members about association matters and will not be shared for other purposes.

Prohibits boards of directors from adopting rules that ban proxy solicitation or distribution of materials related to association matters, though boards may adopt rules regulating the time, place, and manner of such activities.

Limits any fees charged to members for obtaining a copy of the membership list to $1 per page or $200 total, whichever is less.

Effective July 1, 2020.
