Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 11-333(b) to modify reporting requirements for candidate committees regarding expenditure reimbursements.

Changes language from "candidate reimbursements" to "committee reimbursements to the candidate or other individuals" for expenditures made on the candidate's behalf.

Requires that reimbursements for consultants, advertising agencies, credit card payments, salaries, and committee reimbursements be itemized to allow reasonable determination of the ultimate recipient and purpose of expenditures.

Allows candidate committees to reimburse candidates or other individuals for expenditures made on the candidate's behalf, subject to itemization and disclosure requirements.

Takes effect upon approval.
